Where’s the sand

I just want to stop remembering. Is that possible? I managed so well for so long and now it’s like I’m flooded by tidal wave after tidal wave. I’d much rather bury my head in the sand.

  1. It is possible to learn new skills that help you. You can learn how to cope, how to talk, learn to get support and give it. It’s kind of like building a shelter against the rain and wind and storm and cold of a tidal wave. So it is possible to build yourself a shelter against the storm, but your brain and your body is ready to deal with healing from abuse, the totally suckie part of healing. Good and healing thoughts to you.
